After more than 15 years in the luxury property and interior design sectors, our move into property hunting services is a natural evolution of our constant desire always to take the concept of service a step further.

THE FOUNDERS

In 2002, Frederique and Nathaniel created an agency combining property services with interior design.

« The agency was very soon in demand from its clients, and was entrusted with a number of property sales and some specific searches. These transactions then led to refurbishment projects.

Keen to enhance our offer, in 2008, we founded Caractere et Interieur, with a view to developing a top-of-the-range service. This naturally took us into luxury property, with requests for refurbishment now entrusted to external partners.

Against this background, we identified a requirement among our clientele for a comprehensive service.

This is how we were to carry out our first assignments, while demand continued to build: a combination of searches, sales, some asset management and establishing technical and legal requirements.

In their personal and professional plans, each of our clients is faced with a whole range of needs. In our response to these needs, they have found a personalised contact always at their service.

And so we decided to expand this model by offering a genuinely custom service.

Since 2015, we have taken the role of personal property hunter as our starting point with our new clients. And our clients have no hesitation in coming back to us with requests for further services.
